If you don't let other puzzle sites know you're running a contest, then how can you complain when another puzzle contest gets scheduled for the same time?

While this is a perfectly valid point, it doesn't apply in this case.

A couple of quick points:

1. Two simultaneous contests is perfectly possible. It has happened several times before, I'm sure it'll happen again. It won't detract from either contest and it's not a big deal.

2. People on this site may not have realised, but there is actually a forum on HTPO where you can advertise puzzle contests - see here. If you don't let other puzzle sites know you're running a contest, then how can you complain when another puzzle contest gets scheduled for the same time?

It's done now. I registered on HTPO forum and I will advert there as well. Sorry I didn't know its existence. I'm pretty new to the puzzle community. Didn't know such a community even existed till a couple months ago. I'm an ex MMO gamer recently reborn Wink
