That's a bit of a stomping. Weren't Collingwood supposed to be good once?

Considering they won the Grand Final last year - yeah you could say they were good once

Australian Rules Football. A pretty exciting and tough game, where everyone seems to climb all over each other but there's none of that wimpy padding you get in (e.g.) American Football.

Indeed. Not being an Australian I never got the chance to play Aussie Rules and have only seen it on TV, so rugby is my game. Mind you, I have noticed a bit of padding creeping in at the top levels even of rugby. In Aussie Rules they wear skimpy T shirts (which may explain why women like it as well ).

A bit different, but yes that's one way of describing it.

At the risk of hijacking this thread completely, I have a theory about the shape of chaps' bottoms.
Football players have flat bottom tops and low-slung fatter bottom bottoms, while rugby players have chunky bottom tops and thinner bottom bottoms - sort of something like this...
I guess it's the scrums that develop different muscles. Hmmm. The girls will know exactly what I mean, though...
