These are [cryptic/ lateral/ or pun] clues to bands or singers.

Eg: toboggan - SISTER SLEDGE
parents - THE MAMAS AND THE PAPAS

Any help with these that I can't get much appreciated.

1. Stop Jock and Stop Jock
2. East End Revolutionary
3. Corridor containing horse fodder
4. Picture House Tunes
5. Germany with coronary regulators
6. Raincoat bought near Blackpool
7. Clergyman in long skirt
8. Thunderbolt helps grass grow
9. Refinement association
10. Lumber puncture

Thanks

Doh.

I'm not going to feel too bad though I did start with 80 of the stupid clues and my knowledge of bands and singers is very limited.

Thanks, Clare

"Whats this for btw?" - MisterMickster

Every year church puts out a list of them to do for fun over the holidays.

Unfortunately it's the church where my parent's live and I go back to Durham tonight so I'll never get the answers and I hate not knowing.

Even when the answers are things I've never heard of Womback and Womback???? or Cockney Rebel?????

Last years was great famous books and the year before movies much better when it's on things I actually pay some attention to!
