Get the Gouda with cumin seeds next time - it's much nicer and also makes the most fantastic cheesey toast...!

I love the very old cheeses, they are very salty ... yummie.
You must buy some 'hagelslag' for your parents (and for yourself):

It's like our own cheddar, of which there are some very good ones, and others that should only be used for fish bait. I've had some lovely Gouda in the Netherlands. |
