Planet-Q is proud to announce pqQuiz, launching on 1st May 2006
Here
We are hoping to have a new set of 100 questions each month.
10 rounds of 10 questions.
In the May group each round will have a cryptogram, a First and a Last, Sequences, a Puzzlelogic and many more ( well 5 anyway).
Come and have a look and feel free to tell me either in the forums or by PM how good/bad it is and what improvements could be made.
Whilst waiting for the commencement feel free to visit the site and set a decent Space Invaders Score, so that I can try to better it. _________________ Alan

At the moment the page linked to has no further links, so I'm guessing people need to go here to see things?

It will go live at midnight UK time, 6pm Sunday evening EST, and er.. whatever that is in Australia! You can expect to see some of ASA's devilishly clever challenges somewhere in there also |

100 questions each month is fairly ambitious, I'm happy if I've written 4 or 5 |

You should see ASA's private forum on PT though. Hundreds of the damn things! He's certainly quite prolific.

100 a month may be ambitious to some, but it is quite easy to achieve. There are around five or six of us producing challenges for this project and we already have June's edition ready, as well as a good number for following months.
No matter what happens, we will be in a position to put out 100 Challenges each month |

Currently (UK time = 11:25am) the pqQuiz page is showing T minus 6 hours 35 minutes. That would make it a start time of 6pm over here, rather than midnight
Looking forward to it anyway

It is live, and people are accessing it. The URL has changed from .html to .php though.. I'll make an amendment to that in the .html file, and redirect

I can only apologise for the inconvenience. _________________ Alan

I was rather impressed with the world map. Love those images that tell you a little about the countries. Oh... and I joined. |
