Can i just ask a question:

what is this site for? Is the plan to host riddles by Xyphic and Stretham, or to 'nick' the RP3 contest? And how long till we can expect to see riddles appear here?

Very good question (well 3 questions really). Our initial intention is to get our puzzle contest up and running. Our secondary intention is to then allow other contests to join in and have a multiple contest site. (It is of course entirely possible that a contest comes along complete and ready to go before ours is. That's not a problem, although we would need to run plenty of dummy tests first.)

We haven't set out with the intention of nicking RP3, but if the problems with the current site are not resolved and the creators wish to use another server then we're not going to turn away the possibility of all that publicity. Wink

As for time, this is the current situation. We have enough riddles created now to run a contest. However, they do need playtesting (and indeed this is happening as we speak). In parallel, we are designing the site so that new contests can be added with minimum effort. Because we want to do this carefully to avoid major changes in the future, we are looking at somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks (best guess).
